Previous OEM / Supplier experience is highly desirableStrong knowledge on design and development of Complete seats, Plastic, foam & trims, experience on frame is added advantageHave at least 5 – 6 complete product Lifecycle Experience in Seating systemsStrong knowledge of regulatory standards for Seating system like ECE and FMVSSStrong knowledge on manufacturing processes of injection moulded plastic components.Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA, DVP, 3D annotations, GD & T, tolerance stack-up, change management.Experienced for Various project and product milestone. Solid understanding about DV , PV, and SOP.Experienced in working for RFQ/RFI. Experience of working from RFI to SOP is added advantageVery strong knowledge in UGNX/Catia CAD software - part design, surfacing, assembly, drafting.Able to interact with customers and manufacturing suppliers to fulfil all the technical requirements on the project.SECONDARY SKILLSCapable of Building and leading the project teams.Strong experience of working in CFT environment and with global counterpartsGood in Project management, Report preparation, Conflict resolution & NegotiationProactive and self-motivated, must be able to drive the project and meeting the project timelines.Very good communicator, good verbal and written English Communication.Capgemini Engineering is an integral part of the Capgemini Group, a global leader in partnering with companies to transform and manage their business by harnessing the power of technology.
