We are looking for a skilled, patient-centric Dermatologist / Plastic Surgeon / Hair Transplant Surgeon to join our growing team and help us redefine aesthetic care in Bangalore.

The Role

As a Dermatologist / Plastic / Hair Transplant Surgeon at Derma Solutions, you will be at the forefront of patient transformations. You will combine your surgical precision with an artistic eye to perform a variety of aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. You will work in a modern, high-tech environment supported by a dedicated team of dermatologists and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Surgical Procedures: Perform various aesthetic surgeries, including but not limited to Rhinoplasty, Liposuction, Mammoplasty, and Abdominoplasty.
• Hair Restoration: Lead our Hair Transplant department (FUE/FUT techniques) to deliver high-density, natural-looking results.
• Non-Surgical Aesthetics: Administer advanced injectables (Botox, Fillers) and oversee energy-based device treatments for body contouring.
• Consultation & Planning: Conduct thorough patient consultations, manage expectations, and design personalized treatment plans.
• Post-Op Excellence: Provide meticulous follow-up care to ensure optimal healing and high patient satisfaction.
• Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and medical ethics in accordance with clinic protocols.

What We Are Looking For

• Education: MD, MCh or DNB in Dermatology or Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
• Expertise: Proven experience in dermatology, aesthetic surgery and hair transplantation.
• Artistry: A keen eye for facial and body symmetry with a focus on "natural-looking" enhancements.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with a premium clientele.
• License: Must be registered with the Karnataka Medical Council (KMC).
• Contract: Willing to sign a contract for 2 years.
