Dermatologist – Home Visits

The Dermatologist will provide consultation and management of skin and hair conditions through scheduled home visits. The role includes clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, minor procedures suitable for home settings, and follow-up care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage common dermatological conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, fungal infections, and dermatitis
• Assess complaints including rashes, itching, pigmentation, hair fall, scalp disorders
• Conduct physical examination using appropriate portable diagnostic tools
• Prescribe medications and recommend suitable topical and systemic treatments
• Recommend and interpret relevant investigations where required
• Perform minor procedures feasible in home settings (e.g., lesion assessment, dressing, basic procedures)
• Provide follow-up care and monitor treatment response
• Identify conditions requiring hospital-based intervention
• Explain diagnosis, treatment plan, and medication usage clearly
• Advise on skincare routines, preventive measures, and follow-up timelines

Qualifications

• MBBS with MD/DNB in Dermatology
• Valid State Medical Council Registration
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience
