About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Dermatologist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will provide expert dermatology consultations, diagnose a wide range of skin and hair conditions, and perform advanced aesthetic dermatology procedures with the highest standards of safety, ethics, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Consultations & Diagnosis

• Conduct detailed skin assessments and patient consultations.
• Diagnose conditions such as acne, pigmentation, melasma, alopecia, eczema, and other dermatological concerns.
• Recommend suitable medical or aesthetic treatments based on client needs.

Aesthetic Dermatology Procedures

Perform advanced aesthetic procedures, including:

• PRP/GFC
• Chemical Peels
• Laser Hair Removal
• Pigmentation Correction
• Skin Boosters
• Threads
• RF procedures
• Alma Lasers

Ensure high-quality, safe, and protocol-driven treatment execution.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate patient medical records and consent documentation.
• Follow Kolors Healthcare SOPs and comply with all MCI/NMC medical guidelines.
• Manage and monitor any treatment-related adverse events appropriately.

Team Collaboration & Training:

• Coordinate closely with front-office and counseling teams for smooth client experience.
• Participate in internal training and stay updated on new dermatology and aesthetic procedures.
• Maintain a professional approach in handling premium clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBBS + MD/DNB/Diploma in Dermatology (DDVL / DVD)
• Valid Medical Council Registration
• Experience in aesthetic dermatology preferred (training provided if required)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage premium clientele with professionalism and ethics

Terms & Working Conditions:

• Comprehensive training on advanced aesthetic procedures will be provided
• No leave policy (only weekly offs available)
• Weekly off on weekdays only (MondayFriday, any one day)
• No weekend week-offs
• Two-year commitment required
• Two-month notice period for resignation
• Incentives start from the 4th month of joining

Shifts:

• Morning Shift: 10:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM 8:00 PM
• Openings available for both full-time and part-time roles
