Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Design Consultant become a key part of our design team. The successful candidate will bring over 5 + years of experience in user experience and design, team management, good communication and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and visually appealing solutions using the principles of human centric design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative design practices to maintain a competitive edge. Lead and contribute to the entire design process from concept to delivery.
2. Manage multiple digital design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
3. Demonstrate Individual and team contribution and inspire a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
4. Maintain high standards of design quality , has POV and knowledge on Design system and enterprise platform.
5. Should have worked on enterprise projects

Key Skills:

1. Minimum of 5+ years in design and design management, With proven exposure and a strong portfolio, leading successful design projects and teams.
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design or a related field (preferably from design schools like MIT, NID, Symbiosis, etc.)
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
4. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and Design Evangelist with knowledge on Agile methodologies.
7. Worked on projects across diverse industry like Financial, Healthcare  or Service sector
