Must Have:

• 4 - 7 years overall QA experience in manual and automation testing.
• Develop and maintain robust testing strategies and processes, and ensure they are properly implemented and followed.
• Prepare test planning, estimation, test strategy and traceability matrix.
• Prepare test scenarios & test scripts based on the requirements, execute the planned test cases and report the defects in tracking tool and ensure its closure through STLC process.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks related to software quality at each phase of the software testing process.
• Participate and lead all the status calls, Scrum calls and client meetings. Review and send out the status reports to stakeholders.
• Hands on experience on test management tools like JIRA & ALM.
• Strong experience with automated test tools and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Good to Have:

• Good coding knowledge in Java
• Experience in TestNG, Selenium
• Experience in API Automation
