Job Purpose:

• Enable and drive PS (People Solutions) deal closure within the Corporate Solutions Group (CSG).
• Partner closely with Sales, PS Consulting, and Placement teams to support PS business acquisition, renewals, and expansions.
• Act as a PS Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Corporate Solutions Vertical, providing product, market, and structuring guidance across client engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with CSG Sales teams to identify, qualify, and pursue PS prospects.
• Support sales and consulting teams in developing compelling, competitive, and compliant employee benefits proposals.
• Lead and support PS pitch presentations for CSG prospects and strategic client opportunities.
• Collaborate with PS Analytics teams to structure bespoke, data-driven client solutions.
• Partner with the PS Placement team to ensure optimal productpricemarket fit for client requirements.
• Enable and drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the PS product suite.
• Support the execution of key PS initiatives with existing clients to drive value, retention, and growth.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of overall experience, with a strong foundation in Benefits Consulting and proven exposure to large PS engagements.
• Demonstrated expertise in PS placement, renewals, and insurer negotiations, with a track record of delivering commercially improved outcomes (pricing, coverage, or structure).
• Advanced data analysis and insight-led decision-making skills, with the ability to influence client and insurer strategies through evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience in designing and advising on Flexible Benefits programs, including structuring, vendor evaluation, and client adoption, will be a strong advantage.

• Strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to translate data, analytics, and market insights into clear business outcomes and client value.
• Proactive and solution-driven, with a track record of driving initiatives from concept to execution and closure.
• Highly effective communicator and stakeholder manager, capable of influencing senior internal and external stakeholders across Sales, Consulting, Placement, and Insurers.
• Advanced presentation and data skills (PowerPoint and Excel), with the ability to craft compelling executive-level pitches.
• Demonstrated ability to operate across teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
