Deputy Vice President - Information Technology

• Design and development of Data extraction logic from Duckcreek Policy, Billing and Claims to

Insights module.

• Ability to work with business group to understand reporting requirement and converting them

to configuration within duck creek insights

• Should guide developer on customization of out of box Policy, Billing, Claims SSIS packages,

Extract mapper to meet business need

• Ensuring data integrity and overall quality

• Ensuring proper performance guidelines are followed

• Ability to estimate on delivery solution and timeline

• Ability to get defects fixed in defined TAT

• Comply with Information security requirements in system and plan for closure of NC’s if any

• Ability to deploy and propagate a developed code to live environment

• Ability to update dashboard reports and take proactive actions to address any delays

• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal IT , Infra and Information security team

• Ability to coordinate with auditors for system audit and provide timely response to audit

queries.
