Deputy Vice President - Information Technology

· Taking ownership of the project deliveries and quality standards - Project Management, Change Request Management, Team management, Stakeholder management – Serve as primary IT point of contact for the business, providing regular updates and managing expectations

· Define and document project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders

· Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets and on-time and within budget delivery

· Projects/CRs estimation, project planning, tracking progress, tracking risks/dependencies and mitigation, status reporting and timely escalations

· Managing 10-15 members team, coordination with other internal/Vendor IT teams, Business teams and Infra team to ensure meeting deadlines as per the published project plan

· Analysing business requirement and formulating implementation approach

· Participation in requirements analysis, technical design and solutions discussions and query resolution, collaboration with partners for solutioning

· Vendor Management (managing multiple vendors, SOWs, tracking action items, query resolution, coordination and status updates)

· Guide project team with the design and development tasks

· Coaching and mentoring team members, knowledge management/sharing and building continuous learning culture

· Application security and risk management, timely closure of VAPT findings

· Foster partnership with IT and Business stakeholders
