Job Title: Deputy Vice President Enterprise Risk Management

Job Description:

Role Overview:

Responsible for assessing, analyzing, monitoring, and managing enterprise, operational, insurance, and financial risks across the organization. Ensure adherence to ERM framework, regulatory requirements, and risk management policies while supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor enterprise, operational, insurance, and investment risks
• Develop and implement ERM strategies, objectives, policies, and procedures
• Conduct Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and IFCOR processes
• Monitor risk appetite against defined limits and regulatory thresholds
• Maintain risk registers for enterprise, operational, and emerging risks
• Conduct quality reviews and participate in strategic planning, product, and distribution decisions
• Operate Third-Party Risk framework and incident management processes
• Design, monitor, and report key risk indicators with limits and thresholds
• Coordinate corrective action plans and publish risk dashboards
• Lead risk reviews, committee meetings, and reporting to Risk Committee and Board
• Facilitate organization-wide risk awareness and training initiatives
• Challenge business decisions to ensure compliance with risk policies and framework

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Insurance Risk Management concepts, particularly in General Insurance
• Ability to work both as a team manager and individual contributor
• Analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in risk assessment, risk reporting, and mitigation planning

PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization, CA in Any Specialization
