Job Description
Create and Manage a team of 60 people including Sales Managers, Area Head and Regional Head • Meeting Channel Heads and driving activation • Monitoring the team on below parameters on regular basis • Leads Generation • Meetings done • Bank RM activation • Trainings conducted in Channel • New Business productivity • Coordinating with Bank on achieving 80% retention ratio • Identifying the channel needs in terms of new products, manpower and service and fulfilling the same • Regularly coordinating with the Bank TPP team to identify business opportunities
