Deputy Sales Manager

About the Role

The position aims to drive and expand the sales of HT & LT cables and conductors across India, build strong relationships with State Electricity Boards and corporate clients, and contribute to the strategic growth of Cabcon India Ltd.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement PAN India sales strategy for HT & LT cables and conductors.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with State Electricity Boards and corporate clients.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Techno-Commercial Engagement: Provide technical support and commercial solutions to clients.
• Tendering & Bidding: Lead participation in government and corporate tenders.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Coordination with Production & Logistics: Ensure timely delivery and coordination with internal departments.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of HT & LT cable and conductor products.
• Understanding of power transmission and distribution systems.
• Experience in handling large-scale tenders and techno-commercial negotiations.
• Familiarity with BIS, IS, and other relevant standards.
