Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership Development
Identify, engage, and build partnerships with corporates, HR leaders and other corporate networks across Bengaluru and beyond.
Develop and implement employee education benefit programs.
Initiate and nurture admissions tie-ups and CSR-linked initiatives that align with institutional goals.
Partnership Lifecycle Management
Manage the full partnership cycle: prospecting proposal negotiation agreement roll-out renewal.
Draft and finalize MoUs and agreements, ensuring clarity in deliverables and accountability.
Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, and Outreach teams for seamless implementation and partner satisfaction
Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and active partnerships using CRM tools.
Networking & Brand Visibility:
Represent the institution at corporate HR forums, preschool conferences, and industry networking events.
Plan and host joint events, workshops, and webinars with partners to enhance engagement and brand presence.
Cultivate long-term relationships to sustain trust and visibility within the HR and leadership ecosystems
Conduct regular guest lectures and interview panels on exciting and trending topics
Market & Program Development
Stay abreast of trends in school education, employee benefits, and CSR-driven education initiatives.
Co-create innovative offerings such as parenting workshops and professional development programs for partner organisations.
Note : The responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive. The role may require undertaking other related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager or leadership from time to time.
Requirements:
1. Knowledge of MS Office is mandatory.
2. A candidate with Graduation as a minimum qualification
3. The candidate should be willing to travel extensively for 15-20 days a month
4. Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Corporate Relationspreferably in the education or childcare sector.
