Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Design and development of Suspension aggregates for LCV, ICV, MCV, HCV & Bus platforms
2) Deliver suspension aggregates as per QCDW (Quality, cost, delivery, weight) for projects
3) Resolve field / Mfg concerns
4) DFMEA, Design review, DVVP generation, analysis using G8D technique
5) Interact with CAE, CDMM, validation for aggregate development
6) Resolve concerns on Tyre wear
7) Leading a team of people
8) COE lead
9) Build technology roadmap on the above aggregates and execute potent ideas
