Designation: Deputy Manager-IT
Position description:
To adhere the policy & process and ensure to deliver excellent IT service .
Qualification : Graduate/Postgraduate
Salary: As per Industry Norms.
Primary Responsibilities:
| 1. FAR management at HO and branches for IT team. |
| 2. Setup of IT infra with the branches. |
| 3. Coordinate with the hardware vendor for repair of damaged assets |
| 4. Transition of assets with full documentation & compliance. |
| 5. Custodian of Hardware assets |
| 6. Empanelment of vendors and ensure their working as per defined SLAs |
| 7. Troubleshooting of basic IT issues either by remote access or physical check-up of various locations and handling the IT service providers. |
| 8. Custody of Information assets |
| 9. Incessantly evolve the process to increase the efficiency of the processes |
| 10. Track the procurement, deployment, utilization, maintenance, and retirement of assets and share the respective reports to HOD's |
| 11. Collaboration with the cross functional team like Operation, Infosec, HR etc to align asset use with the Organisational needs |
| 12. Conduct periodic audits and reconcile physical assets with asset records. |
| 13. Develop strategies for environmentally responsible disposal or repurposing of IT assets |
Required Competencies:
| 1. Infra Support, Change Management, User Management, Communication Skills |
| 2. Language - English, Regional Language and Hindi desirable |
| 3. Technical Competencies |
Team Management, IT Management, Problem solving, Communication Skills,
Data Management, Data Mining, Strategic Management, Network building Skills, Communication Skills
Language - English, Regional Language and Hindi desirable
Computer literate – Word / Excel / E-mail / Web based system.
