Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of admission targets along with post-admission service.
- Manage complete office administration, including assets and financial coordination.
- Drive lead generation through calling activities and ensure high conversion ratios.
- Allocate territories and targets to team members with weekly planning.
- Support team members in the field at least 3 days a week and manage own territory.
- Ensure adherence to all policies related to process, discipline, and planning.
- Monitor and ensure accurate CUIMS/UIMS data entries for self and team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, competitor analysis, and business strategy planning.
- Manage marketing collaterals inventory and raise requirements in advance.
- Train new employees through field training and supervision.
- Conduct random verification calls and feedback calls to validate field visits.
- Review team performance twice daily and conduct weekly reviews with ZM.
- Ensure school visit planning and monthly school lists for each team member.
- Monitor the role and tasks of Admission Counselors.
- Ensure timely data reporting twice a week with zero backlog.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong team handling and leadership skills.
- Experience in admissions, education, or edtech sector preferred.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in field work, school visits, and outreach activities.
