Deputy Manager

Role Overview

Recruiter with 8-10 years of experience is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains high-quality talent across departments. This role partners closely with hiring managers to meet current and future hiring needs while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles and departments
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing (e.g., Boolean search)
• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and manage interview processes with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Maintain accurate candidate data and documentation in the ATS
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Ensure timely communication and feedback to candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring goals
• Contribute to employer branding and a positive hiring experience
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to measure hiring effectiveness
• Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
• Strong direct sourcing and networking experience, including social media
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
• Ability to match candidate qualifications to job requirements
• High attention to detail in resumes, documentation, and reporting
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics, reporting, and analytics
