Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Should be well versed with the Finance & Accounting functional knowledge

Good stakeholder management - client and internal stakeholders

Conducting Quality checks as per sampling strategy Daily Weekly & Monthly reporting

Tracking and reporting SLA s Maintain customer complaints and perform RCA and initiate Corrective action and Preventive action along with Operation team

Providing effective feedback to all processers

Working on Bottom performers to bring them up

Conduct Team huddles to update the group on Quality related issues calibration on new updates common errors categories and measures to avoid errors

Client calibration on new process and updates

Enhancing performance of the team based on SLA s through Quality Control check Action plan and expert analysis Knowledge

Qualifications:

Commerce Graduate

Domain knowledge

Any of the below PTP

Worked in PTP team having Accounts Payable process knowledge

Knowledge of Invoice Processing

Knowledge of Vendor Master data

Knowledge of Travel and Expense

Knowledge of Payment Proposal will be additional advantage

OTC

Worked in OTC team having Accounts Receivable process knowledge

Knowledge of Cash Applications

Knowledge of Customer Creations

Knowledge of Invoicing

Knowledge of Collections will be additional advantage

RTR

Worked in RTR team having end to end RTR process knowledge

Knowledge of GL FA open item clearing etc.

Knowledge of excel

Capabilities:

Good Communication Skills (Internal and External) Quality Assurance Proficiency in MS Office

Stakeholder Management

Special Role Requirements

Six Sigma Yellow Belt (at-least trained if not certified) Accounts Domain Expertise

Advance Excel Knowledge in SAP Oracle etc.

Knowledge of Basic ISO and 7 QC tool will be preferred

Work Experience

Minimum 5 to 7 years of work experience in Quality Assurance

Qualifications

Commerce Graduate

Green Belt Trained/Certified
