Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition to lead corporate hiring across key business functions, including Business Development, Finance, HR and other corporate/support roles for Hongs Kitchen & Popeyes.


About the Role

The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior level positions across corporate teams, ensuring strong talent quality, stakeholder partnership and a seamless candidate experience. This role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced business environment and has hands-on experience managing niche and strategic hiring mandates.


Responsibilities


Corporate Hiring & Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions (Business Development, Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, Strategy, Analytics and Support functions)
  • Handle multiple open positions across locations within defined TAT and quality benchmarks
  • Drive sourcing through LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, networking, talent mapping and niche sourcing channels
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and future leadership roles
  • Partner with business leaders to understand role requirements, org structure and succession needs
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor talent intelligence


Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Work closely with Business Heads, Functional Leaders and HRBPs to close positions with the right talent fit
  • Provide consultative inputs on role calibration, compensation benchmarking and talent availability
  • Manage search partners / recruitment vendors for niche roles when required
  • Ensure strong hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the process


Process & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, interview frameworks and evaluation standards
  • Maintain accurate data in ATS/HRMS and generate recruitment dashboards & reports
  • Drive offer closure, negotiation and joining conversion
  • Standardize interview assessment practices and improve hiring quality
  • Support workforce planning and budgeting discussions


Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

  • Strengthen employer brand through professional networks, industry forums and social media platforms
  • Build talent communities for recurring skillsets
  • Drive candidate engagement and pre-joining connect initiatives
  • Support internal mobility and leadership hiring initiatives


Qualifications


  • 710 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Mandatory experience in corporate / functional hiring (BD, Finance, HR or similar functions)

Required Skills


  • Strong experience in stakeholder partnering and consultative hiring
  • Hands-on experience in headhunting and niche sourcing
  • Comfortable managing multiple leadership stakeholders
  • Experience working in fast-paced, evolving business environment


Preferred Skills


  • Experience in Retail, QSR, FMCG, Hospitality or Consumer business corporate hiring
  • Exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms and hiring analytics
  • Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
