Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
• Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and Naukri
• Create job descriptions and map questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Source and hire top talent for open positions
• Plan and execute recruitment and selection processes as the roles require
• Support new joiners in their role transition
• Maintain and adhere to strict Turn around times

Requirements

• Must be available to join immediately
• 8-10 years of experience hiring for scaled functions
• Ability to manage and communicate with senior stakeholders effectively
• Post Graduation in HR
• Retail/MNC experience preferred
