Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Independently handling overall Metallurgical Lab activities in the Plant.Metallurgical failure analysis of all customer issue including In house as well as field issues.Tracking all metallurgical issues and take corrective an preventive actions.Proactive audits at supplier end for special processes like heat treatment, Raw material etc and to drive improvements.Involvement in Dign reviews and AQP for new parts.Proactive audits of supplier parts at defined frequency.Supplier assessment for facility /Process approval as per the requirement.Coordinate with SQI,NPD and sourcing team to provide technical support with respect to metallurgy
