Deputy Manager

We are looking for a Deputy Manager for one of our esteemed clients in Bangalore having experience into End to End General Ledger ,RTR expertise required with larger team Size

Exp: 8+

CTC: Up to 16 LPA

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

1 . Manages the General Ledger team to ensure accuracy of amounts owed, validation of invoices and business expenses, proper coding of expenses, reconciliation of balances and payment of obligations.

*2. Reviews global General Ledger processes to ensure proper internal controls, harmonization of processes, and maximize efficiencies. Analyzes, develops, and implements process improvements to global processes.

*3. Partners with procurement to co-lead implementation of procure to pay modules of Oracle R12.

*4. Works with the acquisition integration team to ensure proper and smooth integration of the accounts payable function for acquisitions.

*5. Assists accounting and finance with necessary changes to the accounts payable process required as a result of legal entity consolidations.

*6. Monitors and reviews global travel expense reporting to ensure effective processes and controls to minimize risk.

*7. Assists with the development and implementation of goals and provides budgetary input.

*8. Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.

*9. Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follow all physical and digital security practices

*10. Performs other duties as directed.
