Level: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
Reporting To: Associate Director - Revenue Management
Location: Gurgaon
About the Function:
The Hotels Revenue team drives supply-side growth for the Independent Hotels segment, managing both the AdTech business and post-sales operations. With a focus on execution, innovation and performance, the team delivers scalable solutions and improves partner outcomes, while staying anchored to core values of customer focus, accountability, and continuous improvement.
About the Role:
This role is part of the Hotels Revenue team and focuses on improving AdTech revenue by identifying process gaps, analyzing performance trends, and supporting the execution of key initiatives. Additionally, you'll be responsible for tracking key Post-Sales metrics such as Call Ratio, BHF, and NPS to generate actionable insights. The role requires strong analytical thinking, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to collaborate across teams to drive operational efficiency and business outcomes.
What will you be doing:
1. Drive Daily Performance Across AdTech & Post-Sales
- Monitor key metrics - campaign performance, revenue, fill rate, Call Ratio, Cost, NPS, and BHF.
- Track progress against targets and identify underperformance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
2. Drive Strategic Projects in Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams
- Identify growth opportunities and support their execution through structured plans.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, Supply, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive initiatives.
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and ensure clear stakeholder communication.
3. Leverage Data to Unlock Business Impact
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends and performance gaps.
- Design, run, and track business experiments using data insights.
- Continuously iterate based on outcomes to scale high-impact initiatives.
Qualification & Experience:
An engineering graduate from a reputed institute with 4-6 years of experience in a data, revenue or category analytics role within a consumer-facing, tech-enabled company, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
