Job Description
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Identify quality-related training needs and provide necessary training to employees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control measures
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall operational efficiency
- Manage quality documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Stay updated on industry best practices and quality trends
- Provide guidance and support to team members on quality-related matters
- Communicate quality performance and issues to senior management
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Quality with 8-10 years of experience within the Real Estate industry.
- Must have worked with Real Estate Developer
- Must have knowledge of working on MS Excel
