Job Description

Lead and manage the precast production team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback

Ensure the efficient and timely production of precast concrete elements while maintaining high quality and safety standards

Develop and implement production schedules, resource allocation plans, and workflow processes

Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment and machinery

Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to optimize precast element designs for manufacturability and cost-effectiveness

Implement lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement in production processes and reduce waste

Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols

Lead by example in promoting a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork within the production facility

Contribute to the development and execution of long-term production strategies aligned with business objectives

Fulltime Diploma/BE in Mechanical/Civil or related field.

10-15 Years of experience in Production in Precast industry
