Deputy Manager - Procurement

OPPO India is hiring an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist Event, MICE & Marketing Services to join our procurement team. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to drive supplier partnerships that deliver value, efficiency, and innovation.

Education:

Bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:

6-9 years of experience in indirect purchasing with a strong focus on marketing categories

Proven track record of managing marketing spend and delivering cost savings

Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies across Events, MICE, and marketing categories to achieve cost savings, value optimization, and risk mitigation

Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to identify new suppliers, innovative solutions, and competitive pricing

Supplier Management:

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet the organizations quality, cost, and service requirements.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.

Manage and monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and service levels.
