Job role

• Experience in financial planning and analysis, financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting in a high-growth company, preferably within the service industry.
• Knowledge of pricing will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
• Advanced/Expert financial modelling skills in MS Excel. Familiarity with macros (like making basic edits) will be a plus.
• Well versed in using complex financial models in excel, resource and labor planning, business analysis, business process consulting, and management consulting to inform key business decisions.
• Must be able to analyze and synthesize information from a multitude of sources; develop appropriate recommendations and effectively communicate complex information orally and in a written form to all levels of management.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting and working knowledge of data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is preferred.
