Audit Compliance: No High NC in any Audit reports
% Compliance of stated SLA: a. 100% adherence to Policyholders Protection Guideline. b. Compliance with internal SOP’s.
Learning through eQuest Modules: Completion of all eQuest module
Targeted Branch Administration: Admin related activities to be completed as per timelines & Standards.
Enable process implementation across all functional areas to support and enable risk identification & mitigation.
Improvement in Digitization
Average Monthly consistent Productivity Score > 95%
