Job Description

  1. Compliance in Volume and Quality:  

1.Inwarding  

2.Banking  

3.Branch QC error rate < 0.5 % 

4.Processing of eligible proposals at branches 

5.Conducting trainings and meetings with Sales and Channel Partners at regular intervals 

6. Walk in Management 

  1. Audit Compliance: No High NC in any Audit reports 

  1. % Compliance of stated SLA: a. 100% adherence to Policyholders Protection Guideline. b. Compliance with internal SOP’s.    

  1. Learning through eQuest Modules: Completion of all eQuest module 

  1. Targeted Branch Administration: Admin related activities to be completed as per timelines & Standards. 

  1. Enable process implementation across all functional areas to support and enable risk identification & mitigation. 

  1. Improvement in Digitization 

  1. Average Monthly consistent Productivity Score > 95%
