Key Roles & Responsibilities
To drive the Bancassurance HDFC Bank (Emerging Markert) business in Digital Office locations for Health, Motor and other business
To monitor and drive below verticals of HDFC Bank
B1-Home Loan
B2-Auto Loan
B4-Branch Banking
PL/BL/GL/BBG/EEG/Payments
To drive the key Bancassurance matrix and uniformed practices across Digital Office (DO) locations
Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans
Driving renewals as per target
Key Requirements β Education & Certification
Graduate/Postgraduate with good communication Skills
Key Requirements β Experience & Skills
Work in team and cross functional environment and with HDFC Bank channel partner.
Can travel between bank branches
Flexible to travel
