Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Marketing / Sales / Business Management

We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional to support the growth of our Projects and Bathware business by driving coordinated marketing initiatives across showrooms, digital platforms, exhibitions, and channel partner engagement programs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage development of creative collaterals and POSM such as catalogues, posters, and showroom materials

Coordinate product samples, catalogues, tabletop displays, and dispatch logistics for sales teams and events

Execute showroom branding initiatives and footfall generation programs

Support digital marketing activities, including short-form content, reels, and content calendar management

Plan and execute participation in industry exhibitions and events (CREDAI, NAREDCO, MCHI, etc.)

Organize contractor engagement programs and meets for the Projects sales team

Provide sales enablement materials including product videos, presentations, catalogues, and POS materials

Support distributor and dealer marketing initiatives, including showroom branding and engagement programs

Key Skills

Strong coordination and vendor management skills

Experience with POSM development, marketing collateral, and inventory tracking

Ability to execute events, exhibitions, and channel marketing initiatives

Working knowledge of digital marketing and content planning

Strong stakeholder management with sales teams, distributors, dealers, and agencies

Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and marketing tracking tools

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in building materials, sanitaryware, bathware, construction products, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
