Position description:
I. Purpose of the role:
To ensure that trading members/ stock brokers adhere to the regulatory norms by conducting their periodic monitoring, verification of member submissions, Inspection / Internal audit reports and regular follow up with members for the same.
I. II. Key Responsibilities

4. Preparation of Minutes of the committee meeting
5. Issuance of action letters to members for the disciplinary actions decided by the relevant authority
6. SendingIOMstotheaccountsdepartmentfordebitingthepenaltyfromthemembers.
7. Handling member queries w.r.t Internal Audit. |
2. | Risk based Supervision | 1. Review the financial data filed by the Members, using ratios and other methods of analysis 2. Evaluation and assessment of risks based on laid down parameters and weights 3. Identification of red flags and risk contributing factors |
3. | Data collation and analysis for daily reports
| 1. Collate and analyze data from other exchanges and internal NSE departments for Member evaluation and analysis 2. Use of data analytics tool & data warehouse to scrutinize various data sets and generation of various reports 3. Early identification of Members with risk alerts and critical financial stress 4.
