I. Purpose of the role:
To ensure that clearing member adhere to the regulatory norms by conducting offsite inspection, verification of their submission of required documents. Adhere to TATs as defined in SLAs.
II. Key Responsibilities:

| 1. | Offsite Inspection of clearing member | 1. Analyse the offsite generated alert and liaison with member for it. 2. Prepare report after analysing member replies 3. Liaison with all CCs for data sharing and provide data to other CCs in TAT 4. Refer all observations to enforcement team. 5. Prepare agenda item for all exceptional cases 6. Escalate matters like non-co-operation/delay in furnishing data to the respective Manager |
| 2. | Data collation and analysis for daily reports and adhoc requests | 1. Collate data to cater to the request raised by external regulators like SEBI and various internal departments within NSE Clearing 2. Collate and analyse data from other exchanges and internal NSE / NCL departments for reports. |
| 3. | Compliance | 1. Tracking SEBI Circulars and ensure compliance of SEBI norms for NSE Clearing 2. Support collation of data for submission to Regulatory authorities |
