Deputy Manager

1. Vendor & Facility Management:

Oversee end-to-end vendor operations related to housekeeping, security, utilities, maintenance, and ensure service quality, timely escalations, and cost control.

2. Invoicing & Procurement:

Manage vendor invoice validation, budgeting, and tracking of administrative costs including utilities, pantry, travel, and supplies.

3. Premises & Contract Management:

Handle lease agreements, renewals, and property documentation; coordinate with landlords and legal for contract negotiations and compliance.

4. Workstation Management: 

Assign workstations and regularly track and optimise cost per employee per workstation. Prepare and review monthly cost analysis reports to monitor cost- effectiveness and identify 

areas of operational improvement.

5. New Site Development & Project Management: 

Lead the planning and execution of new office site setups, including site readiness assessments, workstation layout, seating capacity planning, and coordination with design, IT, 

and infrastructure vendors. Oversee relocation or office shifting activities with detailed timelines, vendor coordination, logistics execution, and minimal disruption to business operations.

6. Travel & Logistics Oversight:

Lead travel desk operations including bookings, vendor coordination, expense documentation, and employee travel support aligned with policy.

7. Canteen & Office Supplies:

Supervise food vendor operations, hygiene standards, and cafeteria feedback while maintaining optimal inventory of stationery and office essentials.

8. Compliance & Safety:

Ensure facility compliance with health, safety, FSSAI, and fire safety norms, coordinate regular audits, safety drills, and statutory inspections.

9. Employee & Stakeholder Support:

Act as the admin point-of-contact for employees, manage logistics for events, and partner with HR, IT, and Finance for seamless office operations.
