Preparation of IR Collaterals for external stakeholders

·         Collaborating with finance and internal teams to collate data, prepare and update quarterly Investor Presentations, Earnings Releases, FAQs, Earnings Call Transcript, Press Release, etc

·         Collaborate with various stakeholders for the preparation of Annual Report and the FAQs for AGM

·         Improve disclosures by preparing the new slides for Investor Presentation by benchmarking the same with global peers

·         Preparing new collaterals like Databook, Factsheet, etc

MIS and feedback reports to internal stakeholders

·         Track and analyse the news and events related to sector, peers and regulations; and prepare internal reports for management.

·         Perform quarterly peer comparison covering key concall commentary and financial performance

·         Analyzing the research reports on company/ industry and share synopsis of key events.

·         Continuously tracking and analysing changes in shareholding pattern to have focused investor tracking

·         Utilize IR analytics tools like Bloomberg to collect information on sector and peers for preparing feedback reports

Managing relations with sell side and co-ordinating meetings with buyside

·         Develop and maintain relationships with sell side analysts.

·         Organizing and coordinating investor meetings

·         Maintain and update investor meetings database and investor profiles

·         Addressing inquiries and meeting requests in timely manner

·         Gathering feedback from investors, analysts to understand their perspective on the company’s performance and areas to improve

Compliance,   self learning and adhoc projects

·         Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous learning

·         Take initiatives to enhance IR function

·         Collaborate with F&A and business finance teams to work on adhoc projects

Educational Qualifications

Essential – Bachelors in Finance/Commerce, Economics or related subject

Desired – Masters in Finance/Commerce, Economics, or related field

Role Requirements

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Experience in building and maintaining relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.

·         Attention to details and deadline oriented

Experience

2+ years of experience in IR / financial analyst role with knowledge of capital markets and financial products.
