Job Description

Job Purpose:

To drive end-to-end recruitment initiatives aligned with business objectives, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent while enhancing employer branding and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to TAT, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics.
  • Drive employer & branding initiatives.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and periodic hiring reports.
  • Ensure smooth candidate experience and engagement during the hiring process.
  • Negotiate offers and manage offer rollouts & pre-joining engagement.
  • Stay updated with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.

Key Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Corporate/Pharma/Manufacturing/Relevant Industry).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
  • Experience in handling mid to senior-level hiring.
  • Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS.
