Job Description
Job Purpose:
To drive end-to-end recruitment initiatives aligned with business objectives, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent while enhancing employer branding and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding.
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and recruitment agencies.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to TAT, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Drive employer & branding initiatives.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and periodic hiring reports.
- Ensure smooth candidate experience and engagement during the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and manage offer rollouts & pre-joining engagement.
- Stay updated with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
Key Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Corporate/Pharma/Manufacturing/Relevant Industry).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Experience in handling mid to senior-level hiring.
- Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS.
