Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive Deputy Manager / Manager HR for Training & Development, HR initiatives, employee engagement programs, and HR reporting, Reward Programs, HR Calendar.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Training & Development programs, identify training needs, and track program effectiveness.
  • New HR initiatives to improve employee experience and organizational culture.
  • Prepare and manage the HR Calendar, including engagement activities, events, and awareness programs.
  • Plan and execute Employee Engagement activities such as cultural events, team-building programs, and internal campaigns.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Manage Rewards & Recognition programs including monthly, quarterly, and special awards.
  • Coordinate Service Awards and employee milestone recognition programs.


Qualifications:

  • MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
  • Any graduate with relevant HR experience can apply.


Experience:

  • 8+ Years.
