As a Dy. Manager Management Audit, you will support our Head - Management Audit in leading audits, ensuring timely implementation of action plans, and strengthening compliance across the organization. The role involves risk-based audit planning, audit execution, stakeholder coordination, continuous monitoring of controls, and policy development. You will drive results through sharp analytical skills, effective field supervision, and close collaboration with departments and plant-level staff to implement preventive action plans and support evolving business needs.
Job Description
- Perform reviews of previous audit findings to ensure management action plans are implemented and continuously tracked.
- Develop and implement a risk-based audit plan: set objectives, define scope, select audit techniques, and lead teams during fieldwork.
- Review and assess the adequacy of internal controls, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Communicate audit findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
- Supervise, mentor, and train audit team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Support departments in drafting SOPs, policies, and procedures, ensuring they evolve with changing business needs.
- Manage special projects as required, bringing analytical and problem-solving skills to complex challenges.
- Build strong relationships and maintain continuous dialogue across all functions, including ground-level staff at the plant
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified CA
- 510 years of hands-on experience in internal audit, preferably in manufacturing or multi-location operations
Required Competencies:
- Strong understanding of risk assessment, internal controls, investigations, and audit methodologies
- Proficiency in MS Excel, audit tools, and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Willingness to travel for field audits and cross-location coordination
