Key Roles &Responsibilities


· To Handle Litigation pertaining to Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, give timely approvals to field team.

· To discuss and refer cases to higher management for them to take timely decision.

· To generate reports and keep a track of daily portfolio.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

· LLB/LLM (5yrs/7yrs)

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills

· Should have worked with law firm or should have handled MACT / WC litigation.

· Should be able to read/understand (any of regional language)

· Candidates with previous experience in handling litigation pertaining to Third Party claims/Insurance will have

an added preference.

· Should have good communication and writing skills.

· Should have min 3 year exp.

· Should be good at excel and power point.
