Qualification: LLB Job Responsibilities: 

• Litigation Management: 

Monitor and manage all litigation cases (civil, criminal, consumer, labour, arbitration, etc.) in the zone.

 o Prepare and review legal pleadings, affidavits, and other documents. 

o Represent the company before courts and tribunals when required. 

• Coordination with Stakeholders: 

o Liaise with external counsels, law firms, and local advocates for case updates and strategies. 

o Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, HR, etc.) to gather case facts, evidence, and documents. 

• Case Tracking & Reporting:

 o Maintain litigation trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards for management review. 

o Analyse trends in litigations and suggest preventive legal measures. 

• Compliance & Advisory: 

o Ensure compliance with court directions, legal deadlines, and regulatory obligations. 

o Provide legal advice to business functions on matters with litigation risk potential. 

• Documentation & Risk Mitigation: 

o Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping related to all ongoing and potential litigations. 

o Contribute to drafting SOPs and policies to mitigate litigation risk
