Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities

· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in handling Consumer, PLA, High Court and Insurance Ombudsman related

litigation of General Insurance Sector.

· Proficiency to read/write/speak Gujarati, English & Hindi Languages.

· Good drafting skills in terms of replies/Evidences pertaining to Consumer Complaints, High Court, PLA, Civil

court matters and SCNs in Ombudsman Matters.

· Court/Ombudsman Appearances.

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

· Graduate/Post Graduate in Law.

Key Requirements - Experience & Skills

· Conversant with the Insurance related litigations functions.

· Proficient in basic excel, PPT and MS Office.

· Data Management, MIS updation and Management.

· Good Drafting skills i.e. drafting of legal notice replies, Litigation replies & Investigation, Ombudsman SCNs

etc.

· Good Laisioning skills and hands on experience in dealing with external stakeholders viz. lawyers, vendors,

customers etc.
