 Work with owner to influence specifications and promote Johnson Controls products and capabilities.

2. Assist owner in design as required.

3. Conduct market survey, make marketing and sales presentation to owners as required.  Coordinate
with the Service Department for maximum results.

4. Maintain existing customers and continue to develop new customers.

5. Resolve all differences between our customers on contracts matters, expectations, etc.

6. Prepare proposal, drawings, and quotations as required for customers.

7. Secure orders, write out CIS and work with Project Engineering for CIS commitment.

8. Maintain a record of all jobs tendered or quoted.  Furnish the weekly updated list to Service Sales
Manager.
 
9. Provide weekly activities report to the Service Sales Manager.

10. Plan and strategize marketing and sales.

11. Follow-up with customers for collections.

12. To guide the junior salespersons, if needed

E.   REQUIREMENT PROFILE (QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED): 

1. Technical Diploma / Degree

2. Must have knowledge in Building Service, ACMV and BAS

3. English/Hindi language

4. MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows knowledge 
 
5. Need to travel as and when required 

6. Essential to have good market knowledge of the key players, consultants and owners 

7. Minimum 5 years of retrofit sales role

8. Independent, able to work under minimum supervision
 9. Need to work odd hours as and when required
