Your work profile

As an Deputy Manager in our Restructuring Services Team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -


Lead business Development in the agreed sectors and services.
End to end execution of transaction advisory mandated involving preparation of business case, feasibility studies, marketing collaterals, bid process management etc.


Advice on issues pertaining to Public-Private Partnerships across the project life cycle


Review transaction documents and guide the team though all stages the transaction or project execution phase
Primary point of contact for Clients and responsible for Client management
High commitment to learn and deliver across the transaction lifecycle.
Guide the team and show extremely high level of commitment for driving transaction / project closures.


Educational and experience requirement

Bachelors in commerce/engineering/planning (Bachelor in engineering in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
Post-graduation in management / MBA /CA qualified (CFA and premier university preferred)
At least 10 years of work relevant experience in Infrastructure finance and Public-Private Partnerships including experience related to business plan formulation, investment decisions and business case/ techno-financial feasibilities preparation, project financing and funding, financial analysis and modeling, transaction advisory and similar work
Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail, conciseness and risk management
Strong commercial acumen and market awareness
Good understanding of transaction documents
Ability to multitask on multiple engagements
Fluency in written & verbal English
Strong work ethic and positive attitude




Location and way of working

Base location: Delhi
This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
