The company builds Consumer Tech for Financial Infrastructure stack to provide curated versions of embedded banking in the payment ecosystem. We've created a platform which enables Corporates, Banks, FinTechs, Retail Companies, and Start-ups to launch their own banking services or financial products, such as payment solutions, facilitating lending, virtual bank accounts, KYC and digital profiling for their customers or employees with the help of low code plug and play technology stack.
We are seeking a high-performing Deputy Manager Inside Sales with proven experience in B2B inside sales, preferably within fintech or SaaS. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong pipeline ownership, consistent monthly closures, and hands-on experience driving outbound prospecting while converting inbound leads. A track record of meeting revenue targets, strong objection handling, and the ability to work closely with marketing and partnerships teams is essential.
What will you be doing here?
- Utilise the CRM system specific to assigned industries to generate and track leads.
- Schedule a minimum of 5 product demos daily for the sales team to support lead conversion.
- Achieve a monthly lead generation target of 45-50 qualified leads.
- Make initial product pitches, conduct first-round discussions, present product decks, and generate client interest.
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage leads and support them through the sales process to closure.
- Maintain a lead conversion rate of at least 30% from generated leads.
- Drive the adoption of Neokreds products across key sectors including Fintech, EdTech, NBFCs, Retail, and Corporates.
- Assist in creating and presenting innovative ideas to enhance our products, driving increased sales and revenue.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for the company to outperform competitors and capture more market share.
- Enhance customer feedback channels and communication, ensuring a steady flow of reviews and insights.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for sales and management teams as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new sales and marketing strategies for existing and upcoming products.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the business development team or management.
Who are we looking for?
- 1+ year of experience in Inside Sales, Sales, Marketing, Business/Business Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, Interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Possession of strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Good numerical skills and confidence to work with budgets.
- Ability to take on leadership positions, if necessary, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of industry news, market trends, and current events.
