Brief about the Team

B&M Retail vertical of TATA 1mg is a unique setup of Retail, where we offer best-in-class pharmacy, diagnostics, and e-consultation under one roof. The team is responsible for In-Store operations execution, fulfilling error-free medicine dispensing, in-store Product Management & the best-in-class In-store customer experience. The team closely works with Warehousing, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to Identify customer requirements and fulfilling them with quality and commitment.

What will you do

Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability

Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure advantageous terms

Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products

Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan procurement activities

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels

Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions

Prepare and present procurement reports to management




What we are looking for

Graduate with 6-8 yrs of experience in similar role

Excellent communication (in Hindi, English and local language) and negotiation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other procurement software

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Attention to detail and accuracy in procurement processes.
