Job Description
- Recruitment & Manpower: Agile Process, Bench Strength, Target 95% onboard HC all the times
- Monitor early attrition (90 days, 180 days). Focus on retention.
- Focus on diversity engagement and retention
- Confirmation of New Joinees: No confirmation extensions and 90% of employee to be confirmed in time and should be manual on EKAM.
- Employee Connect: All employees every quarter using various forums (Physical/Virtual) (Structured meets / Skip Level) - 95%
- Employee engagement activities as per business requirement - 100%
- Performance consulting: 100% PIP process compliance (PIP documentation and fortnightly reviews with line managers). Identification of low performers on a monthly basis and performance discussions.
Drive central driven programs e.g. GPTW survey, Elements, Wellness etc.
