  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably in business partnering roles
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on experience in talent management, retention strategies, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
  • Ability to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
