Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible to manage Talent Acquisition role in Kolkata
  • Source applicants through online job portals and recruitment channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks 
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria 
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Interview candidates as per the scorecard and share profiles within TAT
  • Salary Negotiation/Offer release of selected candidate as per TAT defined
  • Comply with HR compliances and follow the Recruitment processes as per SOP
  • Maintain Trackers & dashboards used for recruitment, including interview notes to share with key stakeholders 

Key Requirements – Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • MBA (HR) or human resources management degree or similar field (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems 
  • Professional credential, such as HR Certification Institute

 

Key Requirements – Experience & Skills

  • (Number of years) of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role 
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods 
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks 
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates 
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
