Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing/MIS Report, including attendance finalization, salary calculations, deductions
Conducting regular payroll audits and ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws, tax regulations and statutory requirements
Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing and hiring
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, Manpower planning, Budget preparation
Create a culture of Employee engagement, wellbeing, collaboration and teamwork
Oversee and manage a performance management/ appraisal system that drives high performance
