We are hiring for the same Deputy Manager / Manager Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Location: Gurugram, Haryana

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Deputy Manager / Manager Compensation & Benefits to join our HR team. The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organizations total rewards strategy, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with business objectives. EAPL- C&B
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage total rewards frameworks including compensation structures, variable pay, benefits, and recognition programs
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and equity
- Lead annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions) including planning, rollout, and governance
- Own compensation budgeting, cost forecasting, tracking, and variance analysis
- Develop analytics and insights to support leadership decision-making
- Drive automation and digitization of compensation and rewards processes
- Ensure statutory compliance, governance, and audit readiness
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in HR, Finance, or a related field
- 58 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards
- Hands-on experience in designing salary bands, grades, and benchmarking
- Industry exposure to Manufacturing / Infra / FMCD preferred
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and HR analytics capabilities
