Job Role:


The incumbent will be responsible for setting up robust and contemporary various strategies and processes in place, Talent Management with focus on Talent Engagement and Development.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Work with the Reporting / Functional heads on strategic HR issues to strengthen the human resource system within the organization and realign HR processes and practices with the organizations strategy and vision
  • Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
  • Develop, review and make recommendations on Human Resources operational policies and procedures in the areas of payroll, leave management, performance management, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations, training and development
  • Establish C&B processes like compensation, benchmarking, tax friendly salary planning, new benefits introduction, joining / retention bonus, timely bi-annual review etc. and work on Innovative compensation structures
  • Manage talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Develop training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements
  • Establish robust goal setting and periodical KRA review mechanism.
  • Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Work with the Reporting / Functional heads to address employee grievances and resolve disciplinary cases in consultation with their relevant reporting heads, in accordance with applicable labor laws and organization policies,
  • Planning, implementing and organizing various employee engagement activities in conjunction with Reporting / Functional heads
  • Publish various HR related MIS and dashboards.


Job Knowledge (Prerequisites):


  • Expertise in Human Resources operations, policies, and systems development,
  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
  • Previous experience with organizational psychology and labor market surveys
  • Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of working in HR ERP
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills


Skills & Competencies Required:


  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
  • Advanced knowledge of IT skills: MS Excel and MS Access
  • Excellent presentation and analytical skills


Education Qualification:


  • Masters degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant degree with professional HR qualification
  • B. Tech / B.E. in Graduation is preferable


Experience:


  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role with at least 5 years in (IT / ITES) industry.
